Happy Birthday Mama!

Today (at least for the hour that's left of it!) is my Mom's birthday! I won't tell you how old she is, because she likes to pretend that she was either 7 or 17 when she had me, putting her at 30 or 40! But I will say that the pictures below may give it away (hint- giant balloon.)

Here are a collection of pictures from the day and quotes about mothers in celebration. Happy Birthday, Mom!

The whole family (top left to right David-brother, Dad, Ian-brother & bottom left to right Mark-Rambo, Me, Mama, Jen-Ian's girlfriend)

When I was a child, my mother said to me, 'If you become a soldier, you'll be a general. If you become a monk you'll end up as the pope.' Instead I became a painter and wound up as Picasso.” ~Pablo Picasso
