The Pajama Correlation

There's a lot of research out there on children and parenting... scientific, behavioral, etc. A LOT of it, and much of it is pretty interesting, like this morality study on babies. But in my short time as the mother of a toddler, there are a lot of things I've observed that I haven't seen any formal research on, so I'd just like to take a moment to point these observations out.

Like the tendency of my son to want "up" and a hug the moment I sit down to pee (98% of the time.)

Or the positive correlation between how adorable my son's pajamas are, and the length of time he stays in them.

Or how, behaviorally if you have only one child, and two giant dogs, your son will naturally assume he is canine.

Like I said, just some casual scientific observations.
